    Testei aqui como vc postou, mas não funcionou direito.
    Eis o teste que fiz:
    1) dir > origi.txt
    2) fsutil hardlink create link.txt origi.txt
    3) edit link.txt // blz, veio com o conteudo do arq original
    4) fazer alguma alteracao no arquivo e salvar
    5) edit origi.txt //pau, as alteracoes nao aparecem.
